We want you to be satisfied with your Luxebrew purchase. If you're not, we offer a clear return and refund process.

Returns

You can return products within 7 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Tea packages that have been opened or customized blends cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, Luxebrew will cover the return shipping fees.
